  1. Repair Estimate
    The vehicle is inspected and relevant data is entered into a computerized estimating system. The data is compiled into an estimate that determines the cost of the repair. However, often there can be hidden damage that cannot be seen until after the vehicle has been disassembled.
  2. Approval
    Once the claims handler receives the damage report they will negotiate with the shop if need be and approve the repair. You will then be notified by the shop to authorize the repair to your vehicle.
  3. Disassembly
    In disassembly hidden damage can be found and inner structure repairs are determined. Many times this will require re-inspection from the insurance company and ordering additional parts. You will once again be notified by the shop, explained the additional repairs and authorize the repair to your vehicle.
  4. Order Parts
    The required parts for your vehicle are ordered and availability is checked. If a part needs to be special ordered, the order will be placed as soon as possible. Although many parts arrive very quickly, the repair process cannot begin until the shop receives all of the structural parts.
  5. Structural Repair
    During structural repair the unitized body or frame is returned back to factory specification. A sophisticated measuring system is used to monitor all phases of the repair. A computerized measurement system is used to analyze the frame of the vehicle. This system assures an accurate repair.
  6. Body Repair
    In the body repair department, certified technicians replace parts and panels and all metal finishing that may be required. Sheet metal is installed and aligned. From here the vehicle is sent to the paint department.
  7. Paint
    Paint preparation in a critical step in the refinishing process. All panels are prepared for paint, then primed and sealed to assure good adhesion when the paint and clear coats are applied.
  8. Reassembly
    Final moldings and detail pieces are put back on the vehicle during reassembly. The vehicle systems are also checked during this phase.
  9. Detailing
    During the repair process the vehicle accumulates dust from the repairs. The vehicle is then cleaned and road tested to ensure that everything is working properly. A final inspection will assure that the vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition.
  10. Delivery
    The vehicle is now complete. When the customer arrives to pick up the vehicle, the repair is explained and the final paperwork is completed.
